CJP was engaged to take the mechanical services design and construct documentation for a new Costco store in Lake Macquarie and complete the design in construction phase of the project for installation and commissioning. The store spanning approx 14000m2 consists of 2-off kitchen exhaust and make up air system, smoke exhaust systems, various minor exhaust systems, compressed air system, 19-off new PAC units with numerous fan coil units to condition the comms room, electrical room, fuel hut and other specialty rooms. CJP provided final coordination of the design, selection of plant and equipment and verification of system static pressure against final equipment selection.
