171-179 Queen Street Campbelltown was commercial building consists of 3 stories of retail commercial space and 5 stories of office space, with the first 3 stories initially constructed in the late 1980s and the rest of the building constructed following some 12-24 months later.

CJP was engaged initially to survey the existing mechanical systems to provide a condition report of the system. CJP was later engaged to provide design for the extensive replacement of the mechanical services plant, including cooling towers, pumps and water cooled package units with extension of the existing BMS (direct digital controls).
