Description
The project involved the master planning for the provision of chilled water, hot water and condenser water throughout the building and the interconnection with the new Australian Institute of Nanoscience central thermal plant. The Physics building is a heritage building constructed circa 1926, requiring careful coordination of new services routing with the heritage architect. This project also enabled the removal of externally located air conditioning plant from the roof and ground level plant areas.
