The UNSW Wallace Wurth redevelopment project has been commissioned to improve the teaching, learning and research spaces for the Faculty of Medicine, in a purpose built 6,000 square metre facility.

The entire development has a budget of $146 million and will accommodate over 1250 students and 750 research personnel.

CJP have been engaged as Independent Commissioning Agent, by Lend Lease. Stage 1 of the project, the new east wing, was completed in May 2013. The next two stages are scheduled to be completed in April 2014.
