Dubbo Mixed Use Residential & Commercial
The project comprises the provision of a new mix use building to be located in Dubbo CBD. The building will comprise of a large commercial zone split between office space, a restaurant and café on the ground floor. Above this is a mix of two and three bedroom apartment across four stories (25 in total). Both sections are supported by two levels of basement car park which is to be mechanically ventilated. AC of the apartments and the commercial spaces are provided by VRV AC systems.
CJP was engaged to provide a feasibility study and concept design of the mechanical services design of the building, in conjunction with the architect's design team.
